Cross-country skiing: Falun before Trondheim for Les Bleus
Early on Monday afternoon, the French Ski Federation (FFS) announced the French squad selected for the World Cup scheduled for the weekend in Falun (Sweden).
Twelve Tricolores have been called up for this combination of classic sprint, classic individual and mass-start skate. Among them is a newcomer: Gaspard Rousset from Féclaz. Winner of the FESA Cup a few weeks ago, the Savoyard will be discovering the World Cup in Sweden. He will be joined by Rémi Bourdin, Lucas Chanavat, Jules Chappaz, Mathis Desloges, Hugo Lapalus, Jules Lapierre, Clément Parisse, Théo Schely and Victor Lovera, recent winner of La Transjurassienne.

Renaud Jay and Richard Jouve will be absent. On the women’s side, there will only be two: Flora Dolci and Léna Quintin.
Finally, this Falun World Cup is the last to be held before the Worlds in Trondheim (Norway) at the end of the month.
