17:26. Thirteenth in the opening sprint skate of the Tour de Ski held last Saturday in Toblach (Italy), Austrian Benjamin Moser has withdrawn from the competition. As the Austrian Ski Association reported on Monday, he is suffering from calf pains.
“We did an examination immediately after the competition [on Sunday] and found slight inflammation in the calf caused by a slight tear in the muscle fibres,” he explained in the communication.
