Cross-country skiing : 10/10 for Les Bleues in qualifying
After the U20 and senior men’s categories in the morning, it was the women’s cross-country skiers’ turn to compete in the classic sprint qualifiers at the FESA Cup in Seefeld (Austria). The Frenchwomen did extremely well and will all be taking part in the finals.
In the U20 category, Switzerland’s Ilaria Gruber set the fastest time, followed by Annette Coupat from Forézienne. Anouchka Neuville was fifth, immediately followed by Romane Nappey in sixth place. Agathe Margreither finished twelfth, Lucile Coutaz fourteenth and Noélie Vittoz twentieth.

In the senior category, Germany’s Theresa Fuerstenberg set the fastest time. The first French rider, Justine Gaillard, took third place. Léna Quintin was sixth, Liv Coupat seventh and Léonie Besson ninth.
