Cross-country skiing: time for individual events in the Engadine
Following a mixed relay dominated by Sweden’s Jens Burman, Emma Ribom, Edvin Anger and Moa Ilar, the individual cross-country skiing World Cup races in Engadin (Switzerland) kick off this Saturday with the sprint skate qualifiers.

In fact, it will be the women cross-country skiers who will be the first to compete for the first thirty positions to reach the finals. At 10.45 am, Switzerland’s Marina Kaelin will get the ball rolling. The first Frenchwoman to compete will be Mélissa Gal , bib 17. The Haut-Savoyard will be followed by Léna Quintin with number 19, Julie Pierrel with number 47 and Léonie Perry with number 50.

In the men’s race, Italy’s Elia Barp will kick off at 11.20 am. The first Frenchman will be Lucas Chanavat , wearing number 6. He will be followed by Richard Jouve with number 8, Jules Chappaz with number 21, Renaud Jay with number 23 and Rémi Bourdin with number 39.
