This Friday lunchtime, following on from the men’s races, the qualifying rounds for the women’s classic sprints at the FESA Cup cross-country skiing event in Falcade (Italy) took place.
In the U20s, the French were at the forefront with Daphné Patois in second place, Margot Tirloy in third, Annette Coupat in sixth, Agathe Margreither in seventh and Romane Nappey in eighth. Ariane Pignot, in nineteenth place, also went through.
In the senior category, Heidi Convard, twenty-second, and Maya Desseux, twenty-fifth, qualified for the next stage.
