Cross-country skiing : Gaspard Cottaz on the podium
Following on from the women’s races, it was the turn of the cross-country skiers in the under-20 category to compete on Sunday in the mass-start skate event at the FESA Cup in Nove Mesto (Czech Republic).
Isérois Gaspard Cottaz took a solid third place. Up front, the Italians once again dominated proceedings, with Federico Pozzi winning ahead of his compatriot Daniel Pedranzini.

Mario Perrillat-Collomb from Bornand was tenth, while Johan Calandry from Montblanc was twelfth. Further back, Bornandin’s Victor Lafrasse and Vosges’ Valentin Berna took twenty-ninth and thirty-sixth place respectively.
