Cross-country skiing : Léna Quintin the strongest
After the qualifiers earlier in the morning, the U20 and senior cross-country skiers were back on the track in Nove Mesto (Czech Republic) to compete in the final stages of the skate sprints for the fifth leg of the 2025/2026 FESA Cup.
Having already dominated the qualifying round, Bornandine Léna Quintin confirmed her dominance in the finals by winning all her races. In the final, she beat Italy’s Virginia Cena and Beatrice Laurent.
Daphné Patois, Clémence Didierlaurent, Juliette Ducordeau and Liv Coupat reached the semi-finals, while Margot Tirloy reached the quarter-finals.
In the U20s, Forézienne Annette Coupat took a fine third place in a race won by Czech Katerina Duskova, ahead of Italy’s Marie Schwitzer. Agathe Margreither, Romane Nappey and Lucile Coutaz reached the semi-finals, whileAnouchka Neuville was eliminated in the quarter-finals.
