Cross-country skiing : Gaspard Cottaz 3 sec 9 off the podium
A few minutes after Théo Schely ‘s victory in the individual classic at the FESA Cup in Planica (Slovenia), it was the turn of the U20 cross-country skiers to compete.
On the Slovenian 10km course, Dauphinois Gaspard Cottaz finished fourth, 19.9 seconds behind the day’s winner, Italian Marco Pinzani. Second place went to another Transalpine, Federico Pozzi, while Germany’s Jakob Elias Moch completed the podium.
In the French camp, Mario Perrillat-Collomb was tenth. Zacharie Bourdin was twelfth, Valentin Berna nineteenth, Lorin Vergnolle twentieth and Luigi Biancolli twenty-third.
