13:26. After a morning reserved for the men’s races, the women’s free sprint qualifiers at the FESA Cup cross-country skiing event in St. Ulrich am Pillersee (Austria) took place this Friday lunchtime.
First of all, in the U20 category, Austrian Heidi Bucher set the fastest time, but all the French competitors (Marie Demor did not start) qualified. Agathe Margreither was second, Annette Coupat third, Romane Nappey sixth, Anouchka Neuville eleventh and Gaëtane Breniaux twentieth.

In the senior category, the best time of the round was set by Italy’s Virginia Cena. For the French, France Pignot was fourth, Julie Pierrel fifth, Justine Gaillard eighth, Liv Coupat eleventh, Clémence Didierlaurent twenty-first and Heidi Convatd twenty-ninth. Forty-third-placed Cloé Pagnier was the only one eliminated.
