Cross-country skiing : three French women in the top 4 in Austria
Just a few minutes after Margot Tirloy’s superb victory in the U20 individual skate event at the FESA Cup cross-country skiing competition in St. Ulrich am Pillersee (Austria), the cross-country skiers in the senior category took their turn on the Austrian 10-kilometre course.

And the French women also stood out in this event. In a competition won by Germany’s Anna-Maria Dietze, two of them finished on the podium. In second place on the day, Cloé Pagnier came in 13 sec 8 behind the winner. Just behind her, her compatriot Léonie Perry took a superb third place.
But that wasn’t all. Juliette Ducordeau from the Isère region was also present in Austria, but settled for fourth place, less than 10 seconds behind her Vosges team-mate. Just outside the top 10 were Clémence Didierlaurent in twelfth place and Mélina Berthet in thirteenth.

Léonie Besson, Liv Coupat and Justine Gaillard followed in twenty-fourth, twenty-fifth and twenty-sixth place respectively.
