Cross-country skiing | Gålå Norwegian Cup: individual skate for Nora Elisabeth Falster and Emil Iversen

14:57. This Friday, the 2025/2026 Norwegian Cross-Country Skiing Cup kicked off in Gålå (Norway) with the individual 10km skating races. In the women’s race, Nora Elisabeth Falster won ahead of Marte Mikkelsplass by 7 sec 8 and Karoline Groetting by 8 sec 3.

In the men’s race, it was star runner Emil Iversen, who recently criticised the Norwegian coach’s decision not to retain him for the World Cup, who came out on top. In 20 min 43 sec 0, he beat Lars Heggen by just 1 sec 3. Haavard Moseby was third at 11 sec 6, just ahead of Kasper Andersson Herland.
