Cross-country skiing: Therese Johaug untouchable in Gåsbu
Therese Johaug was indeed the strongest this morning in Gåsbu (Norway) in the skiathlon of the Norwegian championships. Boosting the race from the classical part onwards, the Norwegian was never troubled.

Her closest rival, Heidi Weng, who was still in contact with Johaug at the halfway point when her skis were changed, could not resist the pace set by the Tour de ski winner. At the finish line, the Scandinavian with four Olympic titles raised her arms, beating her compatriot Heidi Weng by 1 min 16.

In addition to the considerable gap with her runner-up, Therese Johaug relegated Kristin Austgulen Fosnæs to third place by more than 2 min 21.
