The individual skate race of the Norwegian cross-country skiing cup took place in Gjøvik (Norway) on Saturday. In Scandinavia, it was Switzerland’s Nadja Kaelin who came out on top, completing the five-kilometre course in just over 12 minutes.

She beat Norway’s Mali Eidnes Bakken and Milla Grosberghaugen Andreassen – the four-time medallist at the last Junior World Championships in Schilpario (Italy) – by just over two seconds at the line.
