Cross-country skiing | Imatra : Vilma Ryytty wins the skiathlon at the Finnish Championships

10:38. On Sunday, the final day of the Finnish cross-country skiing championships in Imatra (Finland), skiathlons were on the programme. At the end of the 10km classic and another 10km skate, Vilma Ryytty, second on Saturday in the individual classic, won. The Finn broke away at the front of the race at the end of the classic course and continued to extend her lead until the finish.

She beat Anne Kyllönen, the winner of the individual classic, by 32.5 seconds, with Maija Tiainen completing the podium at 36.8 seconds.
