15:41. This weekend, the cross-country skiing World Cup in Davos (Switzerland) will take place without Finland’s Krista Pärmäkoski. As she announced on Instagram on Tuesday, she is ill and will not be taking part in the Swiss event.
“The initial competition programme is going to change and we’re going to have to think about a new plan. We’ve come up with a plan B before, and we have to believe in it this time too”, she wrote a few weeks ahead of the Milan/Cortina 2026 Olympic Games, the last major competition of her career.
