Cross-country skiing: seven Americans in Group A this summer
On Thursday, US Ski & Snowboard published the composition of its various national teams for the 2025/2026 season. In cross-country skiing, twenty-one athletes make up the US federal groups.
They include Rosie Brennan, Jessie Diggins, Julia Kern, Sophia Laukli, Ben Ogden, Gus Schumacher and JC Schoonmaker in Group A. Group B is made up of Nove McCabe, Kate Oldham, Samantha Smith, John Steel Hagenbuch, Zanden McMullen and Jack Young.
In Nordic combined, Alexa Brabec, Annika Malacinski, Ben Loomis and Niklas Malacinski make up the A team , as do Annika Belshaw, Paige Jones, Kevin Bickner, Tate Frantz and Andrew Urlaub in ski jumping.
