Cross-country skiing: eighteen Italians in Group A this summer
On Thursday, the Italian Winter Sports Federation (FISI) published the lists of athletes selected for the 2025/2026 cross-country skiing, ski jumping and Nordic combined World Cups. In cross-country skiing, a strong contingent of eighteen cross-country skiers, led by legend Federico Pellegrino, has been selected to prepare for the Olympic Games on home soil.
In ski jumping, Lara Malsiner and Annika Sieff will be the only two members of the Transalpine A team. Finally, in Nordic combined, there simply won’t be an A team lining up for the summer preparations.
