Cross-country skiing : hat-trick for Annette Coupat
On Sunday, the senior women cross-country skaters and those in the Under-20 category rounded off the third leg of the FESA Cup 2025/2026, held at Seefeld (Austria), with a skateboard mass-starts event.
In the U20 category, in the long 15-kilometre race, Forézienne Annette Coupat claimed a hat-trick of victories over the Austrian weekend, following on from her wins in the classic sprint and the individual classic. In the final, she beat Vanessa Cagnati and Germany’s Luisa Dahlke.
Lucile Coutaz was fourth, Agathe Margreither fifth, Romane Nappey seventh and Noélie Vittoz thirteenth.
A double for Cloé Pagnier
In the senior category, Cloé Pagnier took the lead in the long 20-kilometre race and made it a one-two finish after the individual classic. In the lead from the halfway point, she beat Marina Kaelin of Switzerland and Anna Marie Jaklova of the Czech Republic.
Liv Coupat was eighth, Heidi Convard sixteenth, Justine Gaillard twenty-first, Mélina Berthet thirtieth, Léna Quintin thirty-third and Léonie Besson forty-first.
