The Swiss cross-country skiing championships in Goms (Switzerland) included long-distance skate races on Saturday. Cyril Faehndrich won the men’s 50km mass-start, beating Jason Rueesch to the title in the sprint.

Toni Livers took bronze ahead of Candide Pralong, Jonas Baumann and the legend Dario Cologna, who came out of retirement for the occasion.

In the women’s 30km race, Nadja Kaelin dominated the competition on her own to claim her second gold medal in two days.

Fabienne Alder and Giuliana Werro finished on the podium, while biathlete Elisa Gasparin was sixth and France’s Océane Bépoix nineteenth.
