10:05. This Friday morning, the classic sprints qualifying for the Turin 2025 World University Games took place in the Pragelato stadium (Italy).
Italy’s Maria Eugenia Boccardi dominated the qualifiers. She beat Estonia’s Kaidy Kaasiku and Finland’s Elsa Torvinen.
Three Frenchwomen will be taking part in the finals: Julie Marciniak with bib 20, Manon Favre Bonvin on 21 and Félicie Chappaz on 22. France Pignot, fourth in the individual skate on Wednesday, took thirty-first place, just 29 hundredths from qualifying. The finals start at noon.
