Nordic combined: another national title for Mattéo Baud and Léna Brocard
This Saturday, the 2025 French Nordic Combined Championships took place in Méribel (Savoie) and Courchevel (Savoie) in the mass start speciality. After the cross-country skiing race held in the morning on the Altiport slopes, the jumping competition took place in the afternoon on the Le Praz ski jump.

After the two legs of the competition, it was Doubiste’s Mattéo Baud who was crowned winner in the boys’ category. With a total of 120.40 points, he beat Marco Heinis (113.38 points) and Laurent Muhlethaler (109.15 points). Gaël Blondeau, Edgar Vallet, Lubin Martin, first U20, Maël Tyrode, Lilian Tréand, Simon Pagnier and Marceau Liardon also made the top 10.

On the women’s side, Léna Brocard, with 121.50 points, was the logical gold medallist, ahead of Romane Baud (94.28 points) and Marion Droz-Vincent (58.50 points). Oriane Didier, Justine Mengin, Zoé Haton and Loa Jeantet completed the ranking.
