This Sunday morning, poor weather conditions prevented the ski jumping competitions in the individual events of the Nordic Combined Continental Cup from taking place in Eisenerz (Austria). As a result, the reserve jumps made on Friday were taken into account to determine the starting order of the cross-country ski chases.
This was good news for Romane Baud from Doubs, who started in the lead. Maintaining her margin on fourth place, she climbed onto the third step of the podium behind Slovenian Masa Likozar Brankovic, the winner, and Austrian Anna-Sophia Gredler, second on home soil. Marion Droz-Vincent is sixth and Anaëlle Paris twenty-first.
Then, in the men’s race, Norway’s Kasper Moen Flatla won ahead of his compatriots Aleksander Skoglund and Andreas Ottesen. For France, Tom Rochat was seventeenth, Lubin Martin eighteenth, Maël Tyrode twenty-fifth and Lilian Tréand thirty-fifth.
