The FESA Nordic Combined Cup in Chaux-Neuve (Doubs) came to a close on Sunday with the second gundersen of the weekend. Sixth the day before after a solid performance on skis, Lubin Martin put in a top performance in the day’s race.

Tenth after the morning’s jumping competition, the Haut-Savoyard impressed on the boards this lunchtime to claim overall victory. On the line, the 18-year-old beat Austria’s David Thuer and Johannes Steiner.
Behind the day’s winner, Simon Pagnier was seventeenth, Luc Balland twentieth, Louis Gérard twenty-eighth, Robin Delval thirty-eighth, David Barkats Brandina thirty-ninth, Joseph Issartel forty-fourth and Augustin Tanchoux forty-fifth.
