After the women, it was the turn of the boys to compete this Saturday on the ski jump in Lake Placid (USA) at the Nordic combined junior world championships. It was Japan’s Atsushi Narita (94.5 metres) who took the lead after the competition.
He is ahead of his compatriot Kyotaro Yamazaki (93 metres), who will start 3 seconds behind in the 10km cross-country ski pursuit. Austrian Paul Walcher (94.5 metres), favourite for the title, completes the podium and will start 18 seconds behind.

In the French camp, Lubin Martin (77.5 metres) took twenty-eighth place and Lilian Tréand (77.5 metres) thirty-second. They will start 2 min 32 and 2 min 34 seconds after the Japanese respectively.
