This Friday morning, the reserve jump of the men’s nordic combined World Cup in Lillehammer (Norway) was on the programme on the Norwegian HS98 . At home and in front of his home crowd, star Jarl Magnus Riiber (98.5 metres) put in the best performance of the round and would have taken the lead if the pocket jump had been used.
Austrians Thomas Rettenegger (95.5 metres) and Franz-Josef Rehrl (96 metres) followed on the provisional podium, while Marcos Heinis (85.5 metres), in twentieth place, was the highest-placed Frenchman. Mattéo Baud (82 metres) is thirtieth and Edgar Vallet (80 metres) fortieth. Laurent Muhlethaler was disqualified.
