The men’s triple in Seefeld (Austria) continued this Saturday morning with the individual compact jumping competition. Under the Tyrolean sun, the leader of the overall World Cup rankings, Jarl Magnus Riiber, dominated the proceedings.
With a jump of 108 metres, he left his closest rival Johannes Lamparter 9 metres behind (99 metres). Finland’s Ilkka Herola (97 metres) completed the podium. However, in this format where the gaps are predetermined, they will start 6 and 12 seconds respectively behind the Norwegian. Laurent Muhlethaler (96.5 metres) finished as the best Frenchman, in twelfth place 42 seconds behind the leader.

For the other Tricolores, the competition was more complicated. Mattéo Baud (94 metres) was twenty-fifth, Marco Heinis (94.5 metres) twenty-seventh, Edgar Vallet (91.5 metres) thirty-second and Gaël Blondeau (92.5 metres) thirty-eighth. They will all start more than a minute behind the leader.
