The Triple in Seefeld (Austria) came to a close this Sunday with a gundersen. After the women earlier in the morning, the men took to the Austrian HS109 springboard.
The best in the exercise was once again Jarl Magnus Riiber. With a jump of 106 metres, the World Cup leader won ahead of Austrians Thomas Rettenegger (104.5 metres) and Johannes Lamparter (103.5 metres).

There will be plenty of suspense this afternoon in the 12.5 kilometre pursuit. The Norwegian will start with a margin of 16 seconds over Johannes Rettenegger and between 30 and 41 seconds over his main rivals Johannes Lamparter, Ilkka Herola and Vinzenz Geiger. Laurent Muhlethaler (99 metres), the best Frenchman, closes the top 15 at 1 min 54.

One day follows another for the other French competitors, who struggled on the springboard. Gaël Blondeau (92 metres) finished thirtieth, Mattéo Baud (89 metres) thirty-second, Edgar Vallet (91.5 metres) thirty-fourth and Marco Heinis (95 metres) forty-second.
