This Sunday morning saw the start of the women’s gundersen jumping competition in Seefeld (Austria). After her victory on Saturday in the individual compact, Germany’s Nathalie Armbruster, in the lead in the triple, moved into the lead.
With a jump of 97 metres, she won ahead of Gyda Wesvold Hansen (97 metres) and Yuna Kasai (97 metres). In the 7.5km cross-country ski pursuit scheduled for the afternoon, the Norwegian will start 53 seconds ahead of the winner, compared with 1 minute 11 for the Japanese.

The overall World Cup leader, Ida Marie Hagen, was unable to take part in the competition after being disqualified from the individual compact.
On the French side, Léna Brocard (95.5 metres) scored another top 5 finish and will start the cross-country ski pursuit just 8 seconds off the podium. Marion Droz-Vincent (82 metres) is twentieth at 5 min 19 and Romane Baud (91.5 metres) twenty-third at 6 min 2.
