Para biathlon | Para cross-country skiing: no surprises in France’s Paralympic selection
This Friday morning, the French Paralympic and Sports Committee (CPSF) revealed the list of para-athletes selected for the Milan/Cortina 2026 Paralympic Games , scheduled for 6-15 March in Italy.
In para biathlon and para cross-country skiing, the selection includes four elements, as expected. First up are Benjamin Daviet and Karl Tabouret, who will be competing in his first Games in the standing category. Anthony Chalençon, in the visually impaired category, completes the group with his guide Florian Michelon.
Alexis Sanchez has not been selected for the event after a recent injury, as have Cléo Blanc, Chloé Pinto, Maxime Gayet and Anaïs Delavier.
As Nordic Magazine has learned, the staff will include coaches Vincent Duchêne and Anaïs Bescond as well as technicians Robin Mahillon and Victor Dieuzy. The latter is also Anthony Chalençon’s replacement guide , should the need arise.
