20:52. This Saturday morning in Utah, the second day of the Schutzenski Festival of rollerski took place in Soldier Hollow (USA). After the individual classic events, it was the sprint skate events that were on the programme.
On the women’s side, local superstar Jessie Diggins got her revenge on Rosie Brennan by dominating her in the final. Sweden’s Tilde Baangman also made it two podium finishes in a row, finishing third.
On the men’s side, the final was very close and it was several minutes before the photo finish verdict… in favour of Reid Goble, who discovered the World Cup last winter. Luke Jager was second and Joe Davies third.
