The second round of Raw Air kicked off this Saturday at the Ski Jumping World Cup in Vikersund (Norway). Two days after Nika Prevc’s victory in Oslo-Holmenkollen (Norway), the female ski jumpers were once again competing on a large Scandinavian ski jump.

And while the competition was initially scheduled for the morning, the wind blowing over the Norwegian capital forced the organisers to reduce the event to a single round, moved back to mid-afternoon. In the end, it was once again Nika Prevc who dominated the proceedings.

Alone in the world, the Slovenian won after an incredible jump from 213.5 metres. Behind her, her compatriot Ema Klinec (204.5 metres) gave Slovenia a fine double. Germany’s Selina Freitag (200 metres) completed the podium.

It was a more difficult day for Joséphine Pagnier, however, who missed out on the springboard with a jump of 118 metres. The Frenchwoman finished twenty-second in the final rankings.
