This weekend, for its penultimate stage of the winter season, the continental ski jumping cup took place in Lahti (Finland). Victories went to local contender Kasperi Valto (122 and 126 metres) and Austrian Markus Mueller (138.5 and 126.5 metres), but one Frenchman also scored points.
Only forty-seventh in the first competition, Ari Repellin really turned things around on Sunday morning, finishing twenty-fourth with two jumps at 106.5 and 88 metres. Julien Gay was forty-eighth and then thirty-seventh.
