Ski jumping : Daniel Huber ends his season with a fractured knee

13:01. The worst has been feared for Daniel Huber in recent days since he announced a few days ago that he was suffering from pain in his right knee. This was confirmed on Saturday in a press release from the Austrian Ski Federation.

Initial results have revealed a cartilage fracture in the Austrian’s knee. He will undergo surgery shortly and will not be competing in any events this winter. The 31-year-old, who has already suffered a fracture of this joint during his career, will not be defending the ski jumping crystal globe he won last year in Planica (Slovenia).
