18:49. This Saturday, the FESA Cup ski jumping competition in Einsiedeln (Switzerland) got underway on the HS117 ski jump in the canton of Schwyz. On the women’s side, the young Frenchwoman Capucine Mesnil (104.5 and 102 metres) took ninth place, equalling her best result achieved on this circuit a few weeks ago in Oberstdorf (Germany).
The Slovenians made it three wins out of three with Taja Terbovsek (111 and 107 metres) ahead of Taja Sitar (105.5 and 103 metres) and Ajda Kosnjek (107 and 101.5 metres). As for the other Frenchwomen, Mathilde Bacconnier (94 and 102.5 metres) was eleventh, Marie Thomas-Couturaud (98 and 93.5 metres) fifteenth and Lou Alaphilippe (86.5 and 87 metres) twenty-fifth.

The men’s competition was dominated by Slovenia’s Enej Faletic (112 and 111.5 metres) ahead of Germany’s Yann Kullmann (110.5 and 107.5 metres), overall leader, and Austria’s Lukas Haagen (108.5 and 109.5 metres). For France, Anoki Pouradier (103.5 and 102.5 metres), twenty-first, was the only rider to score points.
David Barkats Brandina (94 and 93 metres) was fifty-fourth, Abel Clevy (twice 92.5 metres) sixtieth, Lorenzo Mugnier Cava (twice 88.5 metres) sixty-second, Maxence Rivière (88.5 and 85 metres) sixty-sixth and Nathan Lecourt (78.5 and 81.5 metres) sixty-eighth.
