11:35. In the last few hours, the Norwegian selection for the Ski Jumping World Cup in Lillehammer (Norway), the inaugural event of the 2025/2026 season, has been revealed. This event will be Gyda Westvold Hansen’s first at the highest world level in special jumping.
The former Nordic combined, who is aiming for Olympic selection this winter, is joined by Ingvild Synnoeve Midtskogen, Eirin Maria Kvandal, Heidi Dyhre Traaserud and Silje Opseth.
On the men’s side, Marius Lindvik and Johann André Forfang, who were suspended in the autumn following the combinations scandal, will be taking part, as will Halvor Egner Granerud and Kristoffer Eriksen Sundal. The last ticket will be awarded at the last minute, on Thursday after a final training session.
