On Saturday evening, Slovenia’s Nika Prevc, wearing the yellow overall leader’s bib, won the second women’s ski jumping world cup competition in Lake Placid (United States).

The day after her first success with a springboard record, the outgoing winner of the crystal globe jumped twice 126 metres to complete the double. The Germans Agnes Reisch (122 and 126 metres) and Selina Freitag (121 and 128 metres) climbed onto the podium with her. A great first for the day’s runner-up.

For the French team, Chaunière’s Joséphine Pagnier (104 and 110 metres) was twenty-third and Chamonix’s Emma Chervet (101 and 102.5 metres) twenty-fifth.
