This Thursday evening, the women ski jumpers were competing in the qualifying round of the large hill event at the world championships in Trondheim (Norway). Slovenia’s Nika Prevc (138.5 metres), who was crowned champion on the small hill a few days ago, once again demonstrated her superiority by dominating the round ahead of Norway’s Anna Odine Stroem (130 metres) and Eirin Maria Kvandal (133 metres).

All the other favourites, starting with the reigning Canadian world champion Alexandria Loutitt (121.5 metres), made the cut without any problems. This was also the case for the French: Joséphine Pagnier (115 metres) was twenty-third and Emma Chervet (107.5 metres) thirty-first.
