Ski jumping: France’s eight at Lillehammer
This weekend sees the start of the 2025/2026 Ski Jumping World Cup on the Lysgårdsbakkenin Lillehammer (Norway). For this first stage of the Olympic season, France will be represented by eight athletes.
As announced by the French Ski Federation (FFS ) on Monday afternoon, Jules Chervet, Valentin Foubert, Enzo Milesi, Ari Repellin and Louis Obersteiner have been selected for the first time on the men’s side. It should be noted that only three jumpers will take part in the weekend’s competitions, with a final selection to be made on site later in the week.
In the women’s category, Joséphine Pagnier and Emma Chervet have been selected as regulars, but they won’t be alone as the very young Capucine Mesnil, who discovered the satellite circuit over the summer, will also be taking part. At just 15 years of age, the Chamonix native will be making her World Cup debut.
