This Friday morning saw the first individual competition of the ski jumping world cup in Zao (Japan). On the Japanese HS102, Slovenia’s Nika Prevc (94.5 and 104.5 metres) won after a superb second jump. She took the opportunity to take the overall lead.
She finished ahead of Norway’s Thea Minyan Bjoerseth (91.5 and 96.5 metres), who achieved her best World Cup result with second place. The podium was completed by Austria’s Eva Pinkelnig (94 and 97.5 metres).

As for Joséphine Pagnier (89.5 and 90 metres), she seems to have regained her confidence on the springboard with a 14th place, her best result of the winter.
